How do I return my order?

Sorry to see you return the item. You can return the treadmill free of charge within 30 days of receiving your order.

Ordered via Moov?

  • Register your return via our returns portal: https://return-form-moov.returnless.com;
  • Log in with your order number from the confirmation email. The number starts with a #. After signing in you can choose how to handle the return:
  • Schedule a home pickup by a carrier;
  • Receive a shipping label to drop the package off yourself;
  • Once you've registered the return, you’ll receive further instructions by email.

Ordered via bol.com?

Register your return through your bol.com account, directly from your order overview. This does not go through our returns portal. Note that home pickup is not available for returns via bol.com.

What are the return conditions?

You can use our 30-day money-back guarantee if the product meets the conditions below:

  1. The product must be returned in its original packaging;
  2. All included parts must be present;
  3. The product must not be damaged.

If you meet the above conditions, we can process your return smoothly.

What is the status of my return?

Once your return is registered in our returns portal, we’ll arrange a pickup day that suits you via the portal chat. Or we’ll send you a shipping label so you can drop the parcel off yourself. You'll receive a confirmation once the appointment is set. The carrier will give you proof of collection when they pick up the parcel.

After the parcel is collected, we expect to receive it within a week. Processing then takes up to 3 business days. Once your return is processed, you’ll get a confirmation in the portal and by email. You will then receive a separate email confirming that the refund has been initiated. This can take up to 10 days, depending on your bank or payment method.

Ordered viabol.com? For returns via bol.com, bol.com's return terms and process apply. Home pickup is not available there.

What are the return costs?

  • Besteld via Moov: retourneren is gratis. Via ons retourportaal kun je een gratis retourlabel aanvragen of een afhaalopdracht inplannen, zodat het product bij je wordt opgehaald. Volg de instructies in het portaal. Bewaar altijd je verzendbewijs of de bevestiging van je ophaalafspraak.
  • Besteld via bol.com: retourneren via bol.com is ook gratis. Meld je retour aan via je bol.com-account. De ophaaloptie aan huis is daar niet beschikbaar.

How should I return the treadmill if I no longer have the original packaging?

For returns, pack the product securely, preferably in its original packaging. If you no longer have that, use another sturdy box that offers enough protection during transport. You can often find suitable boxes at a hardware store.

How do I cancel my order?

We're sorry you want to cancel your order. First, please make sure this is what you want. An order can only be cancelled if it hasn't been shipped yet. Haven't received a track & trace code? Contact us and we’ll check whether cancellation is still possible.

Was the cancellation successful? We'll refund the amount you paid to your account within a few business days.

How does a refund work for a return?

If you return an item, you will receive a full refund, including any standard shipping costs. We will process the refund within 14 days after we receive the returned product, or after you have shown proof that you have sent it back. Refunds are issued to the same payment method you used to buy it.
